Photo Story Description

I had to change my photo story idea because I was sick on the day of the Kappa Sigma Wiffle Ball Tournament and unfortunately could not attend.

My new photo story is my roommate's trip to the store to buy a curtain for her room. I realize that this topic is definitely not exciting and also has much less depth than my previous topic, and for that I apologize.

1. Describe your understanding of your story: My understanding of my story is that I am showing the process of preparing to go to a store, looking for the desired item in the store, and then putting that item to use. The subject of my photo story will be my roommate and she will be what keeps the continuity of the story.
2. Describe your "shooting script": My photos will involve my roommate preparing to go to the store, getting gas, arriving at the store, shopping, and then returning to put the purchase to use.
3. What are your ideas for:
a. Three basic shots: a long shot of my roommate walking to the store, a medium shot of my roommate shopping in the store, and a close-up of her reaction when the curtain is put up
b. lead photo: this will be a photo of my roommate looking for a curtain in the store
c. portrait: will be of my roommate when she hangs up the curtain
d. interaction: will be my roommate checking out at the store
e. the sequence: will be of the car ride
f. detail shot: a close-up of the curtain
g. the closer: my roommate hanging up the newly purchased curtain
